To start out, you will explore the Business Model Canvas and its nine building blocks. You will practice your innovation skills with intriguing examples of real-world business models, individually and as a group. You will learn the three essential characteristics of a business model: desirability, feasibility and viability.

Explore the Desirability of your Business Model
How to Create Value for Your Customers (and your Business)
The frontstage of the Business Model Canvas contains your value proposition, customer segment, channel & customer relationships. You will identify these components of your business model and explore if they are desirable in the market. Do you create something that your customers actually want? You will also learn about your viability by figuring out the revenue streams of your business model.
Part 3:
Explore the Feasibility of your Business Model
How to Deliver Value to Your Customers (and your Business)
The backstage of the Business Model Canvas contains your key activities, key resources & key partners. You explore the feasibility of your business model by looking at these components. Can you deliver value to your customers? You'll also explore how profitable your business model is by plotting its cost structure against its revenue streams.

Pitch: The Story of Your Business Model
How to Pitch your Business Model (and get valuable feedback)
Outlining your business model can be daunting, but there's nothing more important than being able to share its story effectively through pitching. You decide where the workshop will be held. Close to home. You do not have to travel far. External location is recommended.
This workshop will be customised for your company, and takes place either online or on-site.
This workshop takes one full day to complete. Normally we start at 9:30 and end at 16:30. But we will agree on that together.
The starting price for the workshop is €2.997 (excl. VAT) for up to 6 participants.
The price for the workshop includes up to 6 participants. Add additional participants at €500 (excl. VAT) per participant.
You’ll get a copy of the book Business Model Generation (1x). All materials needed for the workshop, including the Business Model Canvas in poster format. Travel and accommodation costs are also included.

The workshop has no minimum number of participants. It’s possible to start with just 1 participant. But that is more of an exception. Average group size is between 6-12 participants.

Training is about imparting knowledge and is little or no hands-on. A workshop, on the other hand, is about sharing knowledge, as well as experiences and skills and is highly hands-on, engaging and interactive. This makes the learning effect much higher. That’s why we prefer a workshop!
